Tomorrow is our “Day to Honor” at FBC. We will celebrate our graduates from high school and college. We also will recognize our latest grads from Evangelism Explosion. Finally, we wish to pay honor to those who have given their lives for the liberty that we enjoy in America as we remember the focus of this Memorial Day weekend. You won’t want to miss this special service.
Remember, we will have singular service times tomorrow with Bible Classes at 9:00 AM and one Main Service at 10:00 AM.
Pastor Dan has returned from his latest Black Robed Regiment Tour and will be teaching the Bible class and giving us a report from his great preaching tour.
Also, we invite you to plan to join us at our church fellowship at Tom and Donna King’s house after services. They have plenty of room for parking and to feed 300 +, so we have room for you. Admission is free! We will also celebrate the baptism of over 20 who wish to make public their professions as followers of the Lord Jesus!
And finally, Memorial Day is the official start for our “Hawaiian Shirt Summers.” Who wants to wear a tie during the hot Oklahoma Summer? Dress comfortably for church and the social after.
Although never required, you are welcome to dress more comfortably for our steamy summer months – Memorial Day through Labor Day.
We also have a special announcement to make regarding our Youth Ministry! This is an exciting time at Fairview.
